• Weekly Yoga Classes and Private Yoga Sessions

• Self-Guided Massage Therapy

• Bodega - Offers products that are sourced from local artisans that support our Holistic Health Model 

• Weekly Neurodivergent and Women's Trauma Groups

• Autism Diagnostic Testing

 

Each client receives a unique treatment plan that encompasses all these components helping them create a path to optimal health.
